Following the great success of our first Festival followed by long 2 years break we are very excited to announce the dates for the Festival in 2022:

Friday 24 June 2022 to Sunday 26 June 2022.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For the workshops and the milongas (either taken individually or as part of a package) it is NECESSARY to PRE-BOOK and PRE-PAY. This is for us to make sure that everyone who booked for the workshops is definitely going to use the space booked for and also for us to balance the leaders and followers. For the milongas we still need to take bookings and confirm places with the receipt of payment due to a limited number of people allowed in the room.

YOUR PLACE AT THE WORKSHOPS AND THE MILONGAS WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY WITH THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

COVID AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please note: The measures regarding Covid-19 will be in line with the government regulations at the time so are subject to change, but the cancellation policy will remain the same.

Covid-19 policy:

A negative lateral flow test (or confirmation text message of a negative lateral flow test) taken within the last 24 hours must be shown on the door by each person on each day of the event to gain admittance.

Do not attend if any of the following apply to you:

- you have covid-19

- you are self-isolating for any reason

- you are suspected to have covid-19, or if you have been in recent, close contact with someone who has tested positive for covid-19

- you are experiencing any symptoms of covid-19 unless you have received a negative PCR test

- you have had a positive lateral flow test and are awaiting a PCR test or result (even if this is during the event).

Refer to the cancellation policy and contact a host with details for refund processing should your attendance be affected by Covid-19 (see cancellation policy)

If we need to cancel the event due to covid-19, we will provide as much notice as we can.

If we receive information about someone who attended the event testing positive, we will notify everyone in attendance and advise continued daily lateral flow testing for the 7 days following the last day of the event.

You are permitted to wear a face covering (we will notify if this becomes a requirement)

Dancers can remain with their dance partner, or switch partners at their discretion, please respect each individual's decision.

Cancellation policy:

If you change your mind within 14 days of payment, let us know and we will process a full refund.

If extenuating circumstances occur (with exception for covid-19 related issues- see below), which mean that you will no longer be able to attend the event, we will consider whether a refund is due on a case by case basis.

Cancellation for covid-19 related issues:

If we have to cancel the event, we will provide a full refund to everyone who has paid for the event. Please contact us using the details provided in the covid-19 policy.

If you cannot attend, either because you have covid-19, or if a member of your household has covid-19: please provide us with the positive PCR test result, date and isolation period details. If these details correspond with the event dates, we will issue a full refund.

If you are asked to shield by the NHS due to covid-19 infection rate at the time of the event, we will issue a full refund.
