1. Full name as it is on your ID

2. Email where to send you the Full Pass.

3. Send the payment to the bank account that you will receive via email.

According to the official regulations related to COVID-19, in the case we have to change the date of the event, we guarantee full money refund.

For other reasons Full Passes are not refundable, but you could change the name. The cost is 200 CZK / 8 euro.

De acuerdo con las regulaciones oficiales relativas al COVID-19, en el caso de que la fecha del evento deba cambiarse, garantizamos la devolución íntegra del dinero.

Por otros motivos, los Full Pass no podrán ser reembolsados, pero sí será posible el cambio de nombre. El coste será de 200 CZK / 8 euros.
