Hemos hecho equipo con éxito para crear un programa de reflexión que entrelaza tres programas enseñados en todo ee.UU. a nivel nacional:
A) Elementos ZenZouk
B) Deconstruir Zouk y
C) Abrazar a Zouk
¿Por qué estos programas? Durng the DEZZ Weekender sentimos que es importante discutir el movimiento tanto en el abrazo cerrado como en el abrazo abierto y cómo los dos pueden alinearse y cuándo pueden ser transición. Es especialmente importante entender el movimiento corporal relacionado con el trabajo de pies, el encuadre y las manos para apoyar la libertad de fluir dentro y fuera de las posiciones, incluido el movimiento de la cabeza para crear tal flujo. DECONSTRUCTING THE EMBRACE and ZEN OF ZOUK WEEKENDER is the first weekender in NYC that will have 3 Couples maintaining, aligning, and integrating their respective teachings in programs. We have successfully teamed up to create a thought out program interlacing three programs taught all over the USA nationally:
A) ZenZouk Elements
B) Deconstructing Zouk and
C) Embrace Zouk
Why these programs? Durng the DEZZ Weekender we feel that it is important to discuss movement in both closed embrace and open embrace and how the two can align and when they can be transitioned. It is especially important to understand body movement related to footwork, framing, and hands to support the freedom of flowing in and out of positions including head movement to create such a flow. Get ready to use all parts of your body and feel the contrast, disctincton, as well as the alignment and integration of these teachings. We seriously can not wait to have you all here with us!! DÉCONSTRUIRE L’ÉTREINTE et ZEN DE ZOUK WEEKENDER est le premier week-end à New York qui aura 3 Couples de maintenir, d’aligner et d’intégrer leurs enseignements respectifs dans les programmes. Nous avons réussi à faire équipe pour créer un programme réfléchi entrelacant trois programmes enseignés partout aux États-Unis à l’échelle nationale :
A) Éléments ZenZouk
B) Déconstruire Zouk et
C) Embrassez Zouk
Pourquoi ces programmes? Durng le Weekender DEZZ nous pensons qu’il est important de discuter du mouvement à la fois dans l’étreinte fermée et l’étreinte ouverte et comment les deux peuvent s’aligner et quand ils peuvent être transitionné. Il est particulièrement important de comprendre le mouvement du corps lié au jeu de jambes, au cadrage et aux mains pour soutenir la liberté de circuler dans et hors des positions, y compris le mouvement de la tête pour créer un tel flux. Préparez-vous à utiliser toutes les parties de votre corps et sentir le contraste, disctincton, ainsi que l’alignement et l’intégration de ces enseignements.
