Sensual Connection HK is a new festival focused on creating magical connections when dancing Brazilian Zouk, Kizomba and Bachata Sensual. 💃🏻🕺

CONCEPT

You know those social dances that you never want to end because you’re so comfortable in that space, at that time, connected with your partner – how can we create that vibe? How do we prepare ourselves to be ready to offer such a dance? How can we connect better with the music and be more creative in our dances? In what ways can we apply what we learn from one of these dance styles to the others? In what ways do we need to adapt and change to get the right feeling? These are the types of questions our artists will be exploring through the workshops.

And, needless to say, there will be lots of opportunities to put that into practice by social dancing at the three event parties held in one of Hong Kong’s largest dance studios: DanzStage.

Participants are expected to treat other participants and the event and venue staff with respect. If any participant engages in harassment or behaviour that the event or venue staff consider inappropriate, staff may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the participant or requiring the participant to leave (with no refund).

Participants attend at their own risk. Please take care of your bodies, arrive early to stretch before dancing and wear appropriate clothing.

Schedules, venues and artists are subject to change in the discretion of the organisers.

Please do not take videos and photos during the classes other than when invited to do so by the teachers. The organiser reserves the right to take photos/videos during class and to use the footage for educational and promotional purposes. Participants agree that the organiser may use any photos and videos (or any edited portion thereof) of the event that they may upload to social media or otherwise share, and the organiser shall not be obliged to credit the source.
